How long will it take to get my order?

A

All pieces are secured, inspected, and dispatched directly form our primary fabrication facility. Please allow 1-3 business days for standard order processing.

If your acquisition includes the Signature Fracture Packaging, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for the hand-poured plaster to properly cure prior to shipment.

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders during Launch 1.0. The standard free shipping will typically take 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to continental USA. As we grow, we are actively expanding to other countries and regions. Please subscribe for the latest updates.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to fulfill orders as fast as possible. If you need to make a change, please email us at support@ashlume.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it.

Please check with neighbors and around your property first. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, contact us at support@ashlume.com.

What is your return and exchange protocol?

A

We offer a 30-Day window to ensure your piece aligns perfectly with your aesthetic. In order to initiate a return or exchange, the item must be in brand-new, unworn condition. ASHLUME reserves the right to refuse any request if the product shows signs of daily wear, scratches, or alteration.

  • Exchanges: Size and style exchanges are 100% free, and we cover the return transit. (Limited to one exchange per order).
  • Returns: Returns for a refund are subject to a $7 return shipping and handling fee.
  • For All Items: The item is yours to keep when the product tag is unattached from the piece.
  • Signature Fracture Packaging: The item is strictly Final Sale once the plaster has been broken. (Note: Please use the included external sizing tool to verify your precise fit before breaking the plaster shell or opening any interior vacuum-sealed transit bags).
  • To Initiate: Email support@ashlume.com with your name, account email, order ID, and the specific item number.

Warranty & Exclusions

Does ASHLUME offer a warranty?

A

Yes. Every piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. This protects against manufacturing defects, structural compromises, and mechanism failures. The guarantee is valid for one (1) replacement or store credit per purchased item.

  • What is not covered: This guarantee does not cover lost items, the natural surface patina (scratches) developed through daily wear, or damage caused by using extreme force, hammers, or blades to open the Signature Fracture Packaging. Any third-party alterations will also immediately void your Lifetime Warranty.
  • To Initiate a Claim: Email support@ashlume.com with your order ID, a brief description of the failure, and clear photographs of the defect for our team to assess.

Will this jewelry turn my skin green?

Never. We use high-grade Titanium, which is 100% hypoallergenic and contains no nickel or copper (the metals that react with skin to cause discoloration). It is safe for even the most sensitive skin.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, ocean, or pool?

Yes. Titanium is completely waterproof and rust-proof. You can wear your pieces 24/7—in the shower, at the gym, or in the ocean—without worrying about tarnishing or fading.

How do I clean my jewelry?

While our pieces are low maintenance, they can accumulate natural oils over time. To restore the shine, simply wash with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry with a soft cloth.

Sizing Guide

How do I determine my precise size?

A

Securing the perfect fit is critical to the integrity of your piece. Because our jewelry is engineered with substantial thickness, sizing requires specific attention:

  • Rings: Our bands feature a heavy 6mm+ profile and require slightly more clearance than a standard wire ring. If you are between sizes, we strongly advise sizing up, as half sizes are not currently in production. (Note: Please use the physical ring sizer included in your order to verify your fit before breaking the sealed packaging).
  • Bracelets: Do not order your exact wrist measurement; the metal requires room to articulate. Add at least 1 inch to your true wrist circumference. For heavy chains (6mm+ in width), size up by 1.2 to 1.5 inches.
  • Necklaces: We engineer chains in 20" and 22" lengths. Your ideal stance depends on your build. A 20" chain sits sharply at the collarbone for a standard build, while a 22" offers a more relaxed, fluid drop.
