This website is operated by Skavnge Inc., doing business as (DBA) ASHLUME. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skavnge Inc. / ASHLUME.
01. ACQUISITION & DISPATCH PROTOCOL To ensure absolute efficiency and quality control during Launch 1.0, all pieces are secured, inspected, and dispatched directly from our facility.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for standard order processing and final quality assurance before your piece is handed over to the carrier.
The Fracture Casing (Curing Time) If your acquisition includes our Signature Fracture Packaging, the solid plaster casting process requires strict atmospheric control. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for the plaster to properly cure prior to dispatch.
02. TRANSIT TIMELINES & RATES During our Launch 1.0 phase, ASHLUME is proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders.

(Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include the initial 1–3 day processing window).
03. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS At this time, ASHLUME acquisitions are strictly limited to the continental United States. We are actively engineering our international logistics network and supply chain. Please subscribe to our dispatch list for global rollout updates.
04. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS Our fulfillment protocol is initiated almost immediately to ensure rapid dispatch. If you require a modification to your shipping address or need to cancel your order, please contact support@ashlume.com within one (1) hour of securing your piece. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping phase, the destination cannot be altered.
05. SECURE DELIVERY & MISSING PARCELS For acquisitions exceeding $200, we highly recommend selecting a "Signature Required" option at checkout to guarantee secure, hand-to-hand delivery.
If your tracking number indicates that your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Please verify with neighbors and check the immediate surrounding property.

Allow an additional 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.

If the parcel is still missing after this window, contact our support team immediately so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
(Note: ASHLUME is not strictly liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has provided confirmed proof of delivery to the exact address provided at checkout, but we will assist in carrier investigations to the best of our ability).
