SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All pieces are secured, inspected, and dispatched directly from our primary fabrication facility.

Please allow 1–3 business days for standard order processing.

If your acquisition includes the Signature Fracture Packaging, please allow an additional 24–48 hours for the hand-poured plaster to properly cure prior to shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We engineer our pieces for effortless durability, but we understand that finding the perfect fit is critical. We offer a 30-Day window from the date of delivery for both returns and exchanges.

Returns (Refunds)
A $7.00 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Exchanges (Size / Style)
100% Free. We cover the shipping. (Limited to one exchange per order).
The Condition Requirement:
STANDARD PACKAGING
(VACUUM-SEALED TRAY):
  • You may open the vacuum seal to verify your fit. However, the hardware must remain entirely unworn with the original product tag strictly attached.
    Removing the tag renders the piece Final Sale.
FRACTURE CASING
(SOLID PLASTER BLOCK):
  • Because extracting the hardware is a destructive, one-way process, items secured in our Fracture Casing are strictly Final Sale once the plaster is broken. We cannot accept returns or size exchanges on shattered casings unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
    (Note: We highly recommend using the included external sizing tool to verify your fit before breaking the plaster shell).
*All items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition. ASHLUME reserves the right to refuse any request if the product shows signs of daily wear, scratches, or alteration.
INITIATION PROTOCOL

To streamline the process, both returns and exchanges follow a unified four-step protocol:

  1. REQUEST: Email support@ashlume.com with your name, item number, account email and order ID. Specify whether you are requesting a return (refund) or an exchange. If exchanging, state the precise new size/ style required.
  2. APPROVAL: Upon review, our team will issue a digital return shipping label to your email.
  3. SHIPPING & PACKAGING: Do not ship the heavy plaster packaging back to us. You are free to keep the Standard Packaging (ASHLUME Tray) as a permanent display. Place the unworn jewelry exclusively into the enclosed Recovery Pouch (the resealable transit bag), affix your provided label, and drop it off at the carrier.
  4. RESOLUTION: Following receipt and inspection of the original unworn item, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to process your refund or deploy your newly exchanged piece.
