Most jewelry warranties run out. Ours doesn't — because our material doesn't either.
ASHLUME is engineered from solid Titanium, built for permanence. Our guarantee reflects that.

WHAT WE COVER

If your piece fails due to a manufacturing defect or structural compromise at any point after purchase, we will replace it. This guarantee is valid for one (1) replacement or store credit per purchased item. This includes:

  • Structural fracturing or cracking of the metal.
  • Mechanism failures (e.g., broken clasp springs).
  • Corrosion or rust (which is chemically impossible for our titanium, but guaranteed regardless).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
  • The Patina (Daily Wear): Titanium is incredibly strong, but friction is a reality. Surface scratches, slight oxidation to a titanium gray hue, burnishing of the matte finish, and minor abrasions are the natural result of wearing metal in the real world. We do not replace items for aesthetic wear and cosmetic damages.
  • Opening Damage: Damage caused by using extreme force, hammers, or blades to open the plaster casing.
  • Lost Items: We do not cover items that are lost or stolen.
  • Modifications: Any resizing, engraving, or repair performed by a third-party jeweler instantly voids this guarantee.
STORE CREDIT CONDITIONS: If the original item is out of stock, retired, or no longer in production at the time of your claim, ASHLUME will issue store credit in lieu of a direct replacement. The issued credit value is strictly equal to the net price paid for the original item (after all applied discounts, excluding original taxes, shipping, and handling fees). All replacements and credit issuances are subject to final examination and approval by the ASHLUME team.
TO INITIATE A CLAIM
  1. Report: Email support@ashlume.com with your name, order ID, phone number, order placement date, shipping address, a brief description of the failure, and clear photographs of the defect.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review the claim within 48 hours.
  3. Resolution: If approved, you will be issued a prepaid shipping label to return the defective piece. Upon receipt and examination of the damaged item, your replacement or store credit will be deployed immediately.
