While the jewelry industry relies on the depletion of rare metals, ASHLUME looks toward the future. We are breaking the cycle of scarcity-driven luxury—proving that responsible jewelry can be stronger, purer, and built to last. Our ethically sourced titanium is the foundation of every piece we make. Our necklaces and bracelets use Grade 1 commercially pure titanium, and our rings use ASTM F136 titanium alloy (about 90% titanium). Learn more in our Material Guide.
Abundance Fact Titanium is the ninth most abundant element in the Earth's crust—far more abundant than gold. Unlike gold or silver mining, which requires invasive deep-earth drilling and toxic chemical leaching, titanium is primarily sourced from mineral sands. The extraction process is lower-impact and leaves a smaller ecological footprint than deep-earth mining, which is why ethically sourced titanium is the cornerstone of our jewelry.
Performance Titanium is fully recyclable. At the end of its life, titanium can be recycled into new titanium products, keeping valuable metal in the material stream. We don't celebrate short-term value in scarcity; we commit to the strength and recyclability of a metal that is built for the long haul.

Every ASHLUME order includes The Standard: a logo-embossed black linen pouch, made from a natural fiber, with no plastic and no filler. Want something more? Add The Keep, a hand-poured plaster tray, or The Fracture, a sealed plaster block, to your order. The Keep and The Fracture went through a 12-week development cycle, from initial ideation to the final realization, and we treat that packaging as a structural extension of the jewelry itself.
Standard We designed The Standard to be kept, not discarded.
Every order ships in a logo-embossed black linen pouch — no plastic, no filler, nothing to throw away. Linen is a natural fiber, soft enough to protect a polished finish and strong enough to outlast the delivery. Keep your piece in it between wears, take it in your gym bag or carry-on, or leave it in a drawer with everything else worth protecting. It’s where the piece lives when you’re not wearing it, and it carries the brand mark.
Add-Ons The Keep and The Fracture are optional, paid add-ons for those who want more. Both are made of plaster, a mineral material. The Keep is a hand-poured plaster tray designed to be kept and reused. The Fracture is a sealed plaster block.
Discipline The Standard contains no plastic. In The Keep and The Fracture, the piece comes in a small plastic bag, which makes up a small share of the packaging overall.
